BAKS commenced its business operations on March 31, 2023, registered in Virginia USA, offers an array of products like logistics, warehousing and assembly to its clients. It is a part of the Atin Agarwal Holdings Pvt Ltd based in India. Board members comprise of Mr. Atin Agarwal (Owner & Director), Mr. Anshuman Agarwal (Director) and Mr. Anurag Dwivedi (Director).
Atin Agarwal Holdings Pvt. Ltd. is the parent company of Auto Mech (India) Pvt. Ltd.
What started as an idea of providing value-added services to clients of Auto Mech has now blossomed into a whole new business, and along our journey over the past year, we have not only added clients to our business but have also received much appreciation for our levels of service and attractive rates.

We offer end-to-end logistics solutions from our Pune manufacturing units to clients’ doorsteps, utilizing boats, trucks, rail, and air. Our services are optimized for seamless, cost-effective deliveries tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.
Warehousing
BAKS has a warehouse in Chambersburg, PA, USA, with an aim of providing inventories on Just in Time basis to our clients.
We offer both- Internal (300,000 sq ft) and external storage (800,000 sq ft) options for packaging and storage of goods.
Operations
We are in association with multiple USA based vendors, for local assemblies of certain products, thereby extending our range of services. We can offer minor re- work and can also help in sourcing of materials both locally and from best cost countries.
